The Ground Pounder Rib Eye
Here is another of our favorite steak recipes! All you need is a few ingredients, a good quality rib eye steak and a grill!
2 – 16 oz Beef Rib Eye Steaks (1 inch thick)
Place the steaks on a plate and sprinkle both sides with Ground Pounder. Let the meat sit while you preheat the grill
Set the grill up for direct grilling and preheat to high
When ready to cook, brush and oil the grate. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side for medium rare (about 145°F)
Remove the steaks from the grill and let stand for about 3 minutes before serving
Pro-tip – Arrange the steaks on the hot grate at a 45-degree angle to the bars of the grate. Rotate the steaks after 3 minutes to create those sexy crosshatch of grill marks.
Optional – Continue to add Ground Pounder to the steaks as they cook.
