This recipe makes approximately 20 wings.

Ingredients:

For the wings:

- 20 chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Ground Pounder Garlic Seasoning
- W.M.D Pineapple Jalapeno Hot Sauce To Taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Wings:

a. Preheat your grill or smoker to medium-high heat (around 350-375°F or 175-190°C).

b. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.

Grill/Smoke the Wings:

a. For Grilling: Place the wings directly on the grill grates. Grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

b. For Smoking: If you're using a smoker, set it up for indirect smoking at 250-275°F (120-135°C). Smoke the wings for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Coat the Wings with Sauce:

a. Once the wings are cooked (whether grilled or smoked), transfer them to a large mixing bowl.

b. Pour the cooled pineapple jalapeno hot sauce over the wings.

c. Toss the wings until they are well coated with the sauce.

Serve:

a. Arrange the sauced wings on a serving platter.

b. Garnish with fresh pineapple chunks and sliced jalapeno peppers for extra flavor and presentation.

c. Serve the sweet and spicy wings with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks for dipping.
