Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
Preheat your smoker (or oven) to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and Ground Pounder. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Add the shredded chicken, smoked cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped green onions, and chopped celery to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture into a tin pan, spreading it out evenly.
If desired, sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top for an extra cheesy crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
Once done, remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or more chopped green onions, if desired.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or your favorite dipping accompaniment.
