Smoked BBQ Sliders:
Ingredients:

For the Slider Patties:

Slider Toppings:

  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Pickles
  • Sliced red onions
  • Cheese slices (cheddar, pepper jack, or your favorite)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Slider Patties:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat and Ground Pounder Garlic Seasoning.

Gently mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Form small patties, slightly larger than the size of your slider buns, and create an indentation in the center of each patty to prevent bulging during cooking.

2. Preheat and Smoke:

Preheat your smoker to a low and slow temperature, ideally around 225-250°F (107-121°C).

Place the slider patties on the smoker grate and smoke them for about 1 to 1.5 hours or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

3. Apply BBQ Sauce:

In the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, brush each patty with the BBQ sauce.

Continue smoking until the sauce forms a delicious glaze on the sliders.

4. Toast Slider Buns:

While the patties are smoking, split the slider buns and lightly toast them on the grill for a minute or two.

5. Assemble the Sliders:

Place a smoked patty on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun.
Add a slice of your preferred cheese while the patty is still warm so that it melts slightly.

Top with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and red onions.

Spread a little extra BBQ sauce on the top half of the bun before placing it on the assembled slider.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and serve them hot.
These smoked BBQ sliders are sure to be a hit at your next party or celebration, combining the rich flavors of the smoked meat with the tangy sweetness of the BBQ sauce. Adjust the seasoning and toppings to suit your preferences!
