I Quit My Job

Yep, I resigned after working 10 years for the same organization.  It wasn’t them, it was me. I needed to pursue this. 

Some will call me crazy for leaving the security of a corporation during a pandemic to start a barbecue brand. They are probably right!  To say I’m not a little nervous would be an understatement. 

Oh well…here we go!  Let’s have some fun!

    Best of luck to you Greg and Ben. I have a question. What’s the best way to maintain a consistent heat when grilling with charcoal? My husband will start the grill while I’m prepping the food to go on thinking it takes time to heat up and then by the time I’m ready to put the food on we’ve lost a lot of the heat.
