- Bell Peppers: 1-2, diced (optional)
- Cheese: 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend
- Lettuce: 1 cup shredded
- Tomatoes: 1 cup diced
- Sour Cream: ½ cup
- Cilantro: ¼ cup chopped (optional)
- Lime: 1, cut into wedges
