Grilled Chicken Drumsticks with All Ration BBQ Rub

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 chicken drumsticks
  • 2-3 tbsp All Ration BBQ Rub
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: BBQ sauce for glazing

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Drumsticks:

    • Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels. This helps the skin get crispy on the grill.
    • In a large bowl, drizzle the drumsticks with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
    • Generously sprinkle All Ration BBQ Rub over the drumsticks, ensuring they are fully coated. Let them sit for about 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  2. Preheat the Grill:

    • Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350-375°F). You want indirect heat for even cooking.
    • If using charcoal, push the coals to one side. For a gas grill, turn off one side of the burners.

  3. Grill the Drumsticks:

    • Place the drumsticks on the cooler side of the grill (indirect heat). Cover the grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
    • Check for an internal temperature of 165°F in the thickest part of the drumsticks.

  4. Optional Glaze:

    • During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the drumsticks with your favorite BBQ sauce for an extra layer of flavor. Allow the sauce to caramelize on the grill.

  5. Serve:

    • Remove the drumsticks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Enjoy your flavorful grilled chicken drumsticks!
