This recipe is so simple, anyone can do it! Try it on the grill or in the oven. Either way it works!
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Preheat the grill or oven to 450 degrees F.
Sprinkle the Pop Smoke rub over the tenderloin with a dry hand, then rub the pork with the seasoning over both sides of the meat, pressing gently so the seasoning adheres well to the tenderloin.
In a large cast iron pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté, stirring, for 1 minute. Put tenderloin in the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, searing each side using tongs to turn the meat.
Transfer meat in the pan to the grill or oven and bake for 12- 20 minutes. Continue to cook until the internal temperature of the meat reads 145°F. Remove promptly. Slice and serve.
