Burn Pit BBQ - Grilled Chicken
PREP TIME 5 minutes
MARINADE TIME 30 minutes
COOK TIME 15 minutes
TOTAL TIME 50 minutes
- 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Oregano, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic, minced fine
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon, halved
- 2 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless
🔥Combine all ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag. Add chicken and toss well to combine.
🔥Let the chicken absorb the marinade for 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) before cooking chicken.
🔥Preheat grill to medium high heat.
🔥Place chicken on the grill for 7-8 minutes. Flip over and cook an additional 7-8 minutes or until no pink remains and chicken reaches 165°F.
🔥Rest 3-5 minutes before slicing.
