Corned Beef Sliders Recipe
Ingredients:
For the sliders:
1 pound cooked corned beef, thinly sliced
12 slider buns
1 cup coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Ground Pounder Garlic Seasoning
For the coleslaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage (green or purple, or a mix of both)
1 carrot, grated
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven or grill to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the coleslaw by combining shredded cabbage and grated carrot in a mixing bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Arrange the thinly sliced corned beef evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
Top the corned beef with a layer of coleslaw, followed by half slices of Swiss cheese.
Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion powder, and Ground Pounder Garlic Seasoning.
Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the slider buns, making sure to coat each one evenly.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops of the sliders are golden brown and slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve your delicious corned beef sliders warm, and enjoy as a tasty appetizer or main dish for any occasion!
These sliders are perfect for St. Patrick's Day celebrations or any time you're craving a flavorful and satisfying meal.
