Burn Pit BBQ’s 2024 Back Yard Bash Raises $6,000 for Sierra Delta
Greendale, Wisconsin – 9/18/2024 – Burn Pit BBQ, a veteran-owned business known for its premium BBQ rubs and sauces, hosted its annual Back Yard Bash and raised $6,000 to support Sierra Delta, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering veterans through service dog training and support.
The 2024 event, held at Explorium Brew Pub, brought together BBQ enthusiasts, local businesses, and the community for a day filled with comradery, a BBQ competition, and exciting raffles. This year's bash saw 14 teams go head-to-head in a rib and sausage competition, showcasing their grilling skills. The competition was judged by a panel of 7 BBQ experts and enthusiasts, and the event attracted a record number of attendees.
