Best All Around Marinade
We've been getting some great questions about marinades for fish, particularly salmon. Well, look no further. Here is a great marinade for not only fish, but all meats.

Here is my go to for all fish:
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 c lemon juice (fresh)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic (minced or crushed)
1/2 c fresh herbs (parsley, basil, dill)
1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
Whisk all together and use within 2 hours.
Great as a marinade or as a simply basting while grilling.
