30 Minute Smoked Sausage Appetizer!
Smoked Sausage & Cheese Cranberry Bites

The hearty flavor of the sausage pairs well with the tanginess of the cheese and sweetness of the cranberry sauce.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound fully cooked polish kielbasa - (or your favorite smoked sausage)
- 8oz block of extra white cheddar cheese - (or use your favorite cheese)
- 15 oz can of whole cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp All Ration All Purpose BBQ Rub
Directions:
Preheat smoker to 400 degrees
Cut cheese into 30 same-size cubes. Separate whole cranberries from sauce. Set aside.
Cut kielbasa into ½ inch slices. Place in a single layer on tinfoil pan and season with All Ration
Assemble the bites by placing the cheese on the sausage and spoon cranberry sauce on cheese. Keep together with a toothpick
Smoke at 300 degrees until the cheese is melted - about 10 minutes
Remove from heat, let cool, and enjoy!
variation - smoke the kielbasa first until the edges start to get brown. Remove from heat and then assemble the cheese and cranberry toppings - eat!
