Upon check in you will be provided with your containers for judging and community favorite tasting.  Your containers for judging will indicate your number to keep your entry anonymous - allowing the judges to be completely unbiased in their scoring.  Each team will be allotted a space of 10x10 feet. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThere will be 2 sets of three judges.  Each judge will receive a small square container (12inx12in) with your meat sample, meaning you will have to fill 2 containers per category.  You only need to provide 1 box per meat (2 total boxes which will be provided)\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe sizes for judging and plating are as follows:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eFor Ribs: Three (3) Ribs on the bone in each container\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eFor Sausage: Three slices of Sausage cut to your liking (at least 2 inches) - NEW THIS YEAR - present your sausage however you want.
